ELI CROWN GLOBAL
What should you verify before buying Nigerian property?
ELI CROWN publishes what the records establish and says plainly when nothing has been established. We never describe an unverified property as fraudulent, and we never produce a trust score.
What we check
Each item is recorded individually against the property.
- Seller identity as recorded on the platform
- Property identity and address
- Title and documentation status where evidence exists
- Location confirmation
- Evidence categories held
- Development status
- Professional reviews where they have been completed
What each label means
The same four labels are used everywhere on the platform.
- Verified
A check was completed and recorded by a person with authority to complete it.
- Evidence available
Supporting material is held, but the check is not complete.
- Pending review
The record is with a reviewer and has not been decided.
- Not yet verified
No verification has been completed. Nothing more is implied.
“Not yet verified” means verification has not been completed. It is not a finding against the property or the seller.
