Referral eligibility depends on project-specific terms. Only projects marked referral eligible can generate a commission.
Sharing a property does not create a commission claim.
Duplicate referrals and self-referrals may be rejected.
A commission becomes eligible only when the project's recorded qualifying event occurs.
ELI CROWN does not guarantee that a referred person will purchase, and does not guarantee income.
Referral partners never collect property purchase money from a buyer.
Referral partners must not present themselves as ELI CROWN employees unless separately authorised in writing.
Buyer information you submit is handled privately and is not returned to you after submission.
