- Withdrawing a source withdraws or re-reviews everything built on it.

What we do not check
- We do not confirm the legal title of any property; verification status is stated explicitly.
- We do not audit third-party listing prices beyond the evidence we record.
- We do not hold any government, regulatory or third-party accreditation.
- We do not give investment, legal or tax advice.
- We do not guarantee that any figure is complete, current or free of error.
